Super accomodating and friendly staff!! I changed my plans 5 times, i felt horrible for the run around but they were accomodating and always friendly. The driver on the day was also super friendly and accomodating to any small schedule changes. 100% recommend!

Would very strongly recommend against using this company. We hired them for our wedding and it was a huge mistake.
First problem - the coach arrived 40 minutes late to the pick up destination to collect our guests and accepted no responsibility for this whatsoever. They actually tried to claim that this was somehow my responsibility for not allowing more time!
Second problem - after arriving 40 minutes late, they then insisted my guests wait for a smaller bus to arrive as they claimed the coach I booked was not suitable to travel the road to the location of the wedding. This is complete rubbish as the winery we married at had buses of the exact size attending every weekend without issue. I checked this with the venue (Longview winery) before booking.
Third problem - when addressing these issues with management after commencing our wedding nearly two hours later than scheduled and missing the time we had allocated for taking photos, the indignant person I spoke with claimed that all of the problems were MY responsibility as I failed to allow enough time and that I should have known that the bus THEY booked for me, was not suitable (even though it was).
So - if you don't feel confident that you have a more an intimate knowledge of the roads of Adelaide than a company who books coaches for a living OR you do not want to worry that your coach won't even make the pick up destination on time, let alone your venue, then I strongly suggest you use another company. -

Terrible company. Do not book if you have an important event such as a wedding. They did not show up to pick up my guests and left 30 guests stranded and late for the ceremony as a result.
On sat 1 dec 2018 a bus was booked to pick up guests for my wedding at 3:45pm from Sutherland, a stop off in Wynyard, and then to Mosman (all in Sydney). The wedding ceremony was to start at 5.30pm. The pickup timing was confirmed at least 6 times in the lead up and never changed throughout the entire process.
On the day of my wedding I received a call from a guest at 4.10pm saying the bus had not arrived in Sutherland. I then received a call from the driver at 4.10, who told me he was 30 minutes from Sutherland, making him at least 50 minutes late. This would have made every single one of my wedding guests late for the ceremony.
The bus driver was very difficult to understand and would not confirm what his course of action was. I repeatedly asked him to give me the contact details of management which he refused.
In the next 15 mins I did the following:
- told all of my guests at Sutherland to get into a cab to go to the venue, as they were all likely to be late at this point already
- Tried to call back the driver to tell him to go directly to Wynyard. The driver refused all phone calls for the next 30 minutes, ignoring at least 40 phone calls. I only heard from him again upon his approach to Sutherland at approx 4:45. There was nobody at Sutherland at the time.
- as we were unable to contact the driver again we advised all guests at Wynyard to also take a cab to the city so they would not be late and we did not know where the driver was
- tried to call head office repeatedly, including the 'emergency' number, and every call went to voicemail. The emergency number they provide was not picked up at all.
- we eventually spoke to somebody in the Melbourne office who confirmed the driver was approaching Sutherland, and would be approx 50 mins late in doing so.
The end result was that I personally spent several hundred dollars on taxi fares due to the driver not showing up, my wedding ceremony was delayed due to numerous guests being late due to the bus, and I was massively inconvenience and stressed on my wedding day.
If you are considering this company for a wedding I would advise avoiding at all costs.
On the review I left on google the company responded tried to deny I even had a booking with them. They are either incredibly incompetent or extremely dishonest, attempting to discredit my legitimate feedback. From my experience it is a combination of both.
